He manages tenders, ensures quality, and ensures that both the team and clients are completely satisfied. A true rider, he's also a strategist who keeps SZPLIN on track.

Jakub is our visionary and creative thinker. He always looks for solutions, not problems – this allows even the wildest ideas to become a viable project. He designs skateyards and skateparks with not only technical precision but also that certain something that makes skating engaging from the very first pass. He's flexible, passionate, and always ready to adapt the design to the riders' needs.

Nikodem is the glue that holds the entire team together. Empathetic, organized, and always there for everyone, he makes SZPLIN not just a team, but a true team. On the construction site, he manages the chaos, ensures workflow, and keeps everyone on track so that projects go smoothly from the first screw to the final touch. He also grabs the camera and camcorder—thanks to him, we have some amazing photos and videos from the projects.

Hubert is our visual mastermind and digital mastermind. He creates the SZPLIN identity, ensuring that everything—from the logo to Instagram stories—has a consistent vibe. He also manages all online and computer matters, and when necessary, adjusts processes to ensure the entire machine runs smoothly. Creativity, technology, and systems all in one package.

Oskar is a guy who's seen it all on a construction site. He's built over a hundred parks, and no surprise fazes him—whether it's uneven terrain or pouring rain. He always finds a way to get the project completed on time and maintain quality. He battles adversity like others battle obstacles on the jobsite—with confidence, but effectively.

Maciek is a specialist in embracing the "impossible" on-site. He also has well over a hundred parks under his belt, a level of experience that translates into confidence in every project. He's the one who can adapt the structure to the terrain, even when conditions are unpredictable. Weather, obstacles, unplanned events – Maciek will still deliver the setup so you can drop without stress.

Tomasz is a living, breathing energy bomb on any construction site. He brings a vibe that keeps the crew on the move from morning till night – with him on site, there's never a dull moment. He's an experienced builder, but also a guy who always raises the spirits and makes even the toughest day of welding or assembly fly by.

Jan is a true treasure trove of knowledge and experience. He has a million of his own tricks for managing construction and always knows how to do something faster, better, and without unnecessary fuss. He also eagerly shares his knowledge with the rest of the team – thanks to him, every project isn't just a construction project, but also a lesson in innovative solutions. He's a super dude you can always count on.

Bartek is a digital precision expert. He masters CNC so that each element is perfectly cut and ready for further processing. Thanks to him, SZPLIN designs always achieve repeatability and quality that's impossible to achieve by hand. He's a silent killer, without whom nothing would fit together so neatly.

Stasiu is a man of steel – he welds, assembles, and constructs each ramp so that it has an armored skeleton. He's precise, focused, and always confident in what he does. Thanks to his work, our obstacles withstand the harshest conditions and years of intense riding.

Maksiu is a wood specialist—especially anything that can't be handled by CNC. He cuts, processes, sands, and refines the details that make all the difference when riding. He ensures every surface is even, the edges smooth, and the whole thing is ready for a whole host of tricks.
